Every plan ships the full product — Ask-Naumu chat, system agents (the Hierarchy, Density & Schema Gardeners, orchestrated by Scout), all views (table, timeline, calendar & kanban), notes & canvases, custom schema, hybrid search, voice & file transcription, private & public spaces, real-time collaboration with viewer/editor/admin/guest roles, MCP & API, every connector, import and JSON export. You pay to scale — AI allowance, nodes, people and file size — never to unlock features.

AI usage is metered in whole actions (one chat turn, manual agent run or file read = one action), shown as 1× / 5× / 15× of the Free allowance. Background AI — titles, summaries, embeddings, auto-linking and sync — is fair-use and never counts against you. We never bill by token.

Pricing is per space and seat-based: the space owner is billed for everyone they invite, and each space is its own graph with its own subscription. Annual billing saves 20% (USD); any applicable tax is added at checkout.

Top-up packs (reserve packs) add 500 shared AI interactions and stay valid for a year; available on Team and Max.
